Gregory Avenue resident Henry Aguilar was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation on East Main Street at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 3. During the stop, it was determined that he was driving without a valid license and was operating the vehicle without an ignition interlock device, which was required due to the previous DWI conviction.

Police arrested Aguilar at the scene and charged him with operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, both misdemeanors. He was also cited for not having a valid inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle and having illegally tinted windows.

Following his arraignment, Aguilar was released on $500 bail. He is due back in Mount Kisco Justice Court on Jan. 25 to answer the charges against him.
